Biography

Professor Ike-Elechi Ogba is a Professor of Marketing and Strategy and currently serves as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics) at Ebonyi State University, Nigeria. With over two and half decades of experience in higher education, he has built a distinguished career spanning academic leadership, research, and institutional transformation across both the United Kingdom and Nigeria.

He obtained his PhD and MBA from Northumbria University, United Kingdom, and has held senior academic leadership roles at Newcastle Business School, where he led undergraduate and doctoral programmes with students from over 40 countries.

Since returning to Nigeria, he has played a central role in transforming academic systems at Ebonyi State University, including curriculum restructuring, accreditation success, postgraduate education reform, and digital transformation.
